Complaints Resolution

At St Pius X Primary School, we prioritise creating a positive and safe environment for both our staff and our students. Rest assured, the Catholic Schools Office (CSO) and St Pius X Primary School are fully committed to addressing these concerns through established formal procedures. These procedures align with the Diocesan Complaints Resolution Policy, which has been designed to ensure a consistent approach across all diocesan schools.

The primary goal of this policy is to address the valid concerns of parents, caregivers, and the wider community. These concerns may encompass various aspects, such as children’s learning, behaviour, and well-being, school administration and management, and issues related to student health and safety.
